Panama - APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF COOPERATING NON- CONTRACTING PARTY STATUS

Secretariat note for changes in rev1: Panama has submitted additional information in a letter
dated 8 March 2023 attached here. This updates information in their earlier application for CNCP
status shared in NPFC Circular #2/2022. As well, in Panama’s Annual Report section 2.4 they
note the delay in receiving confirmation of the appropriate voluntary contribution. This was
informed to them by the Secretariat on 2 March 2023 and they reflect their willingness to pay this
in their letter.

Abstract:
Panama submitted an application for renewal of its Cooperating Non-Contracting Party
(CNCP) status on 18 November 2022 and it was circulated to all Member in Circular 004-2023
on 25 January 2023.
