Third time's the charm: updating updated proposal of a template for collecting scientific observer data from NPFC bottom fisheries
We propose a re-updated template for collecting scientific observer data from NPFC bottom fisheries, according to the discussion in WS DATA01. Though we still have several issues to discuss before fixing the template, thanks to the simplicity and flexibility of the template design, the result of discussion can be reflected with only slight modifications. Thus we believe that it is possible to make consensus on the general design of the template in this meeting.
