The attached document is the NPFC Draft IUU Vessel List of 34 vessels (31 unique vessels) for consideration by TCC for 2023. This list represents a combination of 12 vessels from the 2022 Draft List that was previously circulated in January 2022, and 22 vessels suggested for the Proposed Draft List, distributed with circular #003/2023 on 23 January, 2023.

This list is being circulated in accordance with CMM 2019-02, paragraphs 8-13 to all Members and CNCPs.
