Draft CMR Summary
The following report describes the first review of compliance with 44 obligations covering 11 CMMs for calendar year 2021. Five Members were initially” rated as “Non-Compliant” for issues related to refused boardings, vessel markings and unreported catch. Three Members’ ratings have changed to “Compliant” following input from HSBI responses and Annual reports, and two Members have received ratings of “Potential Compliance Issue’ related to the unresolved refused boardings.
