DRAFT COMPLIANCE MONITORING REPORT

Abstract: The following report describes the review of compliance with 44 obligations covering 11 CMMs for calendar year 2023.
It is acknowledged that, although the 2023 Compliance Monitoring report was not accepted by TCC, in the absence of instruction not to complete a 2024 report, the Secretariat presents the attached, in hopes that the experience of conducting the review (and particularly in attempting to connect the 44 obligations to existing data holdings) may help to inform the revisions to the CMS.
