Japan - Proposal for a new CMM to temporarily suspend at-sea transshipment in the Convention area
Proposal is to establish a temporary suspension of at-sea transshipment if NPFC7 fails to adopt an effective measures to regulate, monitor and control at-sea transshipment activities and effective conservation and management measures for Pacific saury to ensure the stock recovery based on the scientific advice from SSC-PS10 and SC7.
