Draft NPFC IUU Vessel List for 2018

This list is submitted for the attention of TCC03 in accordance with CMM 2017-02 CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT MEASURE TO ESTABLISH A LIST OF VESSELS PRESUMED TO HAVE CARRIED OUT ILLEGAL, UNREPORTED AND UNREGULATED FISHING ACTIVITIES IN THE CONVENTION AREA OF THE NORTH PACIFIC FISHERIES COMMISSION paragraph 16. a. which states:

    16. At its meeting, the TCC shall:
         a. following consideration of the draft IUU Vessel List and the suitably documented information circulated               under paras 8, 12 and 13, adopt a Provisional IUU Vessel List; and
        b. ….

TCC03 is invited to consider the Draft NPFC IUU Vessel List which proposes 4 new vessels without nationality.
