DRAFT COMMISSION BUDGETS 2024/2025 to 2027/2028

ABSTRACTThe NPFC Secretariat submits this paper to the Commission on 1.Update on income and expenditures for 2023/2024 fiscal year, 2.Proposed 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 budgets and indicative budgets for 2026/2027 and2027/20287 in accordance with the NPFC Convention and Financial Regulations, and 3.Members’ contributions for 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.During the 2022/2023 fiscal year, total income was ¥157,271,403 and total expenditures was¥146,036,429, leaving ¥11,234,974 as the reported Commission surplus. This was mainly due tocosts associated with the repatriation and the recruitment of staff and the exchange rate. For the current fiscal year, INCOME  Theannualbudgetamountproposedfor2023/2024 is proposed as ¥166,775,723,anincrease of3.7% from the 2023/2024 budget and an increase of 3.3% from the proposed 2024/2025 budget of161,381,864 from COM07.
